This cake is the Halloween Oreo Cake… Sorry I mean Cookies and Cream cake from Yolanda’s latest book Layer Up! It’s chocolate cake layers, and Oreo vanilla cake layers, filled with Oreo buttercream (yes, really) and black chocolate ganache. A nice scary drip and some Halloween colors, and here we go!
