The PME Professional Turntable 12 Inch is an absolute essential for any cake artist or budding baker! PME’s Professional Turntable makes coating your cakes in ganache, buttercream or royal icing easy for even novice bakers. It is also a great tool for airbrushing, painting, and piping borders.

The top is elevated by 5″ (12.7cm) to bring your cake to eye level which is great when you are working for long hours on your marvellous creations. Better yet, after decorating, it also makes an elegant cake stand with a food-safe white coating finish. Although a smooth rotation, the stand includes a non-slip silicone base to ensure your turntable doesn’t slide on your work surfaces.

Wash before first and after each use. Clean in warm water and dry thoroughly before use.

When will I get my order?

Shipped directly from our Isleworth (West London) facility by Royal Mail with delivery tracking and notifications.

Royal Mail Next Day Delivery Cut-Off Times

4:30pm Monday to Friday and 11:30am on Saturday.

Anything ordered Mon > Friday before 4:30pm is usually* delivered next day.

Orders placed after 4:30pm on Friday and before 11:30am on Saturday are collected on Saturday afternoon and are usually* delivered on Sunday.

Weekend orders after 11:30am on Saturdays go out with our Monday collection and are usually* delivered on Tuesdays.

* Northern Ireland, some regions of Scotland and any offshore islands may take a day or 2 longer. Our estimated delivery date system does not account for these regions.
* As with any courier company, although thankfully very rare, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur.
* While we send everything on a Tracked 24 next day delivery and the vast majority meet that target, Royal Mail offer no guarantee.

RETURNS

We offer a 90 day return policy. The item must be returned unused* and in its original undamaged packaging.

*If you wish to return an appliance that has been used, we will refund up to 50% of the item's cost.

Please Note: We sell and deliver only in the UK. We will not be responsible for any item purchased and shipped outside the UK by a 3rd party.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective products, please request a return to arrange an exchange or refund within 6 months of purchase.

Once accepted, we will refund you immediately on receipt of the returned item.

Return Shipping is normally* Free of Charge. In most cases we will send you a pre-paid pre-addressed return shipping label from the same carrier who delivered your order.

*Please do not leave a damaging review without giving us the opportunity to rectify any issues you may have.

Refunds may take a few days to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return/refund has been processed.
